Frank has worked in the utilities sector for over 27 years and brings a wealth of electricity distribution network experience to UKPD having worked for Norweb, United Utilities Electricity, Electricity North West and most recently Peel Holdings where he set up and implemented an IDNO Peel Electricity Networks Limited. Frank has considerable experience in the Regulated Electricity Distribution market place, which together with his strong commercial and operational background is a firm foundation for achieving our aim of excellent service delivery and an enhanced customer experience in electricity network adoption.

Frank is a keen golfer, and likes to spend his weekends on the course.
