I want to connect EV chargers, Solar panels, Storage, Heat pumps

to UK Power Distribution’s network

  •  Domestic-size low carbon technology (Generation (G98), Battery (G98), Electric vehicle charger and Heat pump): To ensure the safety of our network, it’s important we know about all low carbon technology that is connected to it, even the small ones!  Use the Connect Direct tool to inform us: it will either approve on the spot or send us a notification to assess your application.
  • Larger installs (G99): We will have to assess the impact on our network for any larger generation, or battery . Please use the ENA’s G99 form and send it to us.

You can consult the industry guide on how to connect generation: here (opens a new webpage).
